Avenue Supermarts Limited (ASL), doing business as DMart, owns and operates a chain of hypermarkets and supermarkets. From the launch of its first store in Powai in 2002, DMart today has a well-established presence in 196 locations across India. Promoters of DMart intend to sell up to 1,48,00,000 Equity shares representing 2.28% of the total issued and paid up equity share capital of the company via this OFS.

એવન્યુ સુપરમાર્ટ્સ લિમિટેડ (એએસએલ), ડીએમાર્ટ તરીકે વ્યવસાય કરે છે, હાયપરમાર્કેટ અને સુપરમાર્કેટ્સની સાંકળ ધરાવે છે અને તેનું સંચાલન કરે છે. 2002 માં પોવઇમાં તેના પ્રથમ સ્ટોરના પ્રારંભથી, ડેમાર્ટની આજે ભારતભરમાં 196 સ્થળોએ સારી રીતે સ્થાપિત હાજરી છે. ડીએમાર્ટના પ્રમોટરો ઇએફટી દ્વારા 1,4,00,000 ઇક્વિટી શેર વેચવાનો ઇરાદો ધરાવે છે જે રજૂ કરેલા અને પેઇડ અપ ઇક્વિટી શેર મૂડીના આ ઓએફએસ દ્વારા કંપનીના કુલ 2.28% રજૂ કરે છે.
